Rapid response reduces burden on MSP’s engineers

A Managed Services Provider partner outlined an existing investment in monitoring systems, however, as network operations efficiencies are achieved, their concern was the need for a rapid response, within 5-15 minutes to be switch (SBC) based to achieve proactive disruption of attacks and minimise losses. That response time was viewed as an unfair burden on senior engineers working by priority on customer account and network focused activities. Our retention has removed this pressure and demonstrated a response agility that was not feasible across centralised service operation centres.
