SmartIPX commit to continuous performance improvement by earning early ISO 9001:2015 certification
ISO 9001:2015 certification demonstrates quality of service offered by the triumvirate of first in class technology, fantastic processes and a highly skilled team operating under a top rated management, with vastly improved company-wide processes.
The SmartIPX executive and management operations team have demonstrated their commitment to continuous performance improvement by transitioning to ISO 9001:2015 certification. Although companies have three years to comply with the new revisions, SmartIPX elected to accelerate the process to meet the requirements of the certification with NQA at the first available opportunity.
Gaining the updated certification for another three years is a clear demonstration of the quality of management processes which shows how the SmartIPX triumvirate of “best in breed” technology, repeatable processes and a highly skilled team are brought together to meet service demands.
Issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), a global body made up of representatives from national standards organisations, ISO 9001:2015 is the internationally recognised standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It is the most widely used QMS standard in the world, with more than 1.1 million certificates issued to organisations in 178 countries.
The awarding of the certification encompasses the entire organisation and requires the entire company from senior management down to be on board, not just the Quality Department. To achieve ISO 9001 certification an organisation needs to demonstrate through an external audit that it can meet the regulatory requirements and apply the system effectively to be of real benefit to its customers throughout the entire company.
